Cities are central to Europe’s clean energy transition, and Positive Clean-Energy Districts (PCED) can become an important building block on the path to climate neutrality, helping to turn ambitious targets into concrete district-level action. Yet many PCEDs still struggle to move beyond the pilot phase. How can cities scale these approaches, reduce implementation risks, and create long-term impact?
In this webinar, project partners and city representatives will explore how PCEDs can move from demonstration to scale through stronger governance, investment readiness, digital tools and replication models.
